DeltaRail is pleased to announce the introduction of its new Customer Service Desk. The DeltaRail Customer Service Desk provides one point of contact for all of your support enquiries.

Email notification of incident receipt and resolution will be provided.  Each service request will be assigned a unique reference that can be used to track status. 

The Customer Service Desk will be the first point of contact for the support of VAMPIRE commencing from Monday 17th May 2010. All calls and e-mails should be sent to this contact so that they are handled correctly and efficiently.

Our Service Desk is operated by DeltaRail Staff.  Standard opening hours are 0900 to 1700 (Monday to Friday), excluding English Bank Holidays and the DeltaRail Christmas shutdown.

DeltaRail is committed to providing an excellent level of service to its clients. Please be assured that the same level of expert VAMPIRE support as before will continue to be available via the new point of contact.
